Analytics

We count visits with Plausible. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the browser, and which buttons are used, so we can see what works.

Email updates

If you sign up for updates, we keep your email address and where on the site you signed up. We use it only to send Hero Studio news. You join the list only after you click the link in the confirmation email. An unconfirmed request is deleted after 48 hours. The list is held by our email provider, Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Polar, which processes your card, tax and receipt. We receive your email address, your licence key and what you bought, so we can activate the licence and let you sign in.

Your images

Your work stays in your browser. Images you upload are not sent to us, unless you use an AI feature. Then the image you are working on is sent to the AI provider that makes the result: Google, OpenAI or Anthropic. It is used only to make that result.

Stored in your browser

The studio saves your scenes, settings and licence in your browser's storage, so they are there next time. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
